On Sunday November 12, 2023, from 11 am to 3pm EST, the Afrodescendant Nation (ADN), will host and sponsor the NATIONAL TEACH IN on REPARATIONS and SELF DETERMINATION, where the nation's top leaders in the field shall speak out publicly. The rare four-hour teach-in webinar will allow most all of the Reparations organizations that are fighting to update the public on what their organizations are doing in the nationwide fight for Reparations, which has picked up unprecedented momentum.

The Afrodescendant Nation, is a coalition of grassroots organizations, scholars, legislators, leaders and activists on Reparations, who spearheaded the National Reparations Convention 2023 (NRC), held on Saturday, October 7 and Sunday October 8, 2023 on the campus of Georgia State University. This important convention, originated by the Honorable Silis Muhammad, was successful in laying the base for greater unity and solidarity in the Reparations movement as a whole.

WE MUST HAVE UNITY IN THIS HOUR AND WE MUST HAVE FULL AND COMPLETE REPARATIONS

-The Honorable Silis Muhammad

Attorney Malik Shabazz, nationally renowned police brutality lawyer with Black Lawyers for Justice, and a veteran organizer, has joined the Afrodescendant Nation's effort to unite 500 Black organizations into a common front to achieve Reparations.
